I know how overwhelmed parents can feel when all you want is for your child to ACHIEVE and be HAPPY at school. I am here to HELP.

My name is Zoe and I’m an experienced teacher and specialist dyslexia tutor. I help primary school children who are struggling with reading and writing, and I work closely with parents to give them the practical strategies to support learning at home. Together, we make progress achievable and confidence grow.

Does this sound familiar?
You might notice your child:

  • Reads slowly, guesses words, or loses their place

  • Struggles to spell and remember common words

  • Has trouble writing sentences or organising their thoughts

  • Confuses letters or sounds when reading aloud

  • Avoids reading or writing tasks out of frustration

  • Lacks confidence or feels anxious about schoolwork

You’re not alone — many parents see these same signs. With the right support, children can gain skills, confidence, and a love of learning.

What is a specialist dyslexia teacher?

"My son really didn’t want to go to school because reading and writing were so hard. Since starting one-to-one lessons with Zoe, he is more confident and actually enjoy learning. Even his teachers are commenting on how much progress he’s made — it’s such a relief to see him happy at school." Mum of Jude, aged 7.

Working as a family is key to success.

It means that everyone is getting the same advice and tips from me and it encourages a healthy learning environment where the children feel empowered to change. The added bonus is that everyone is learning and growing together.

My programmes will help you to help your child. I will guide you every step of the way so that they develop new skills simply and easily.

Once you have completed one of the two programmes and you feel you would like further support, this can be arranged.
