Specialist Private Tuition
for children with dyslexia or other barriers to literacy
How private tuition can help.
How it Works
Before you start
Private tuition works best when it is designed around a profile of your child’s strengths and weaknesses. If your child has a formal diagnosis, I can use their diagnostic report to understand their difficulties. If your child does not have a diagnosis, I can informally assess their strengths and weaknesses by using a range of activities to evaluate their phonological awareness, phonics, memory, word reading skills and spelling.

“The programme solved so much for her. After years of struggling with spelling and feeling ashamed that she couldn’t retain them in a classroom setting, a whole new world has opened up for her.“
